This privacy policy describes how Radical Mind and John Newton use and protect any information you give using this website.

I want to make it easy for you to understand what information I collect from you, what I do with it and how you can request access to it.

When you visit this site, you agree to this Privacy Policy and the collection of information identified in this policy, and you can always opt out.

I am committed to protecting your privacy. If I ask you to provide certain information that identifies you when using this website, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. I may update this policy occasionally, so you should check this page to ensure you are happy with any changes.

What personal information I collect and when

I may collect the following information:

  • name and contact information, including email address

Your privacy controls

I use third-party services on my website to assist in communicating or interacting with the public, including social media services, widgets, apps, pixels and plugins, as further identified below. These services may distinguish or trace your identity through, for example, persistent multi-session cookies.

You can configure your system to delete cookies or disable them. I do not collect or disseminate information collected by these services. When interacting with these third parties, their privacy policies apply. As of the time of this writing, I use:

  • Google Analytics. Google Analytics collects data about visitors to this site via Google advertising cookies and anonymous identifiers, in addition to other data which may be collected through a standard Google Analytics implementation. I do not merge personally identifiable information with non-personally identifiable information collected through any Google advertising product or feature. Should you wish to opt out of any Google Analytics Advertising features, you are encouraged to change your Ad Settings through the NAI’s consumer opt-out or by using any of the other opt-out options currently available: currently available opt-outs.

How I use cookies

A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer's hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added, and the cookie helps analyse web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. The web application can tailor its operations to your needs, likes and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences.

I use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. These help me analyse data about web page traffic and improve my website to tailor it to customer needs. I only use this information for statistical analysis, and then the data is removed from the system.   • Correct inaccurate information I have about you (and that means I will also notify other service providers I use, and who hold your personal information for me, of those changes)
  • Object to direct marketing and profiling (for example, I will remove you from my email list and any list I have uploaded to create custom or retargeted audiences). I also encourage you to disable data collection services on your browser
  • Make complaints about the use of your data to regulatory authorities

I will comply with these requests within 30 days.

I will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless I have your permission or are required by law. I may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties, which you may find interesting, but only if you tell me that you wish this to happen.

Therefore, I cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information you provide whilst visiting such sites, and this privacy statement does not govern such sites. Compliance
